Lauderdale Marine Center:  Designed, permitted and administered 30,000 cubic yards of dredging, installation of 1,800 linear feet of seawall, 520 linear feet of shoreline riprap, floating docks for a 105-slip marina, and construction of a 200-ton travel lift.

NW 1st Street Bridge:  Designed, permitted and provided construction administration services for structural roadway improvements for the City of Dania.

Dania Fishing Pier:  Designed, permitted and administered construction of 1,000 foot long public fishing pier at Dania Beach.  Secured State Lands Lease for project.

FEMA Floodplain Management Consulting

The Yacht Club at Brickell:  Provided engineering and project management services to justify and process map revision in a FEMA designated high hazard flood zone.  Successfully negotiated with City of Miami to secure approval for construction of flood control structures.
 
 

Wetlands / Surface Water Permitting

Golden Bay Club:  Secured FDEP and COE permits for 18-slip condominium docking facility in Biscayne Bay.

Dania Cut-Off Canal:  Secured FDEP, COE, Broward County and SFWMD Right-Of-Way permits for maintenance dredging of 25,000 cubic yards along a 1-mile stretch of canal.  Secured FIND funding for 50% of project costs.

Lauderdale Marine Center:  Secured FDEP, COE, and Broward County permits for seawall, dredging, and dock improvements over 7.5 acres of Florida surface waters.
